Thank you in advance for understanding when you block time off of your Stylists schedule for an appointment they are counting on that income to support themselves and their families. We understand that things come up so we have a very lenient cancellation policy in place to accommodate you as much as possible while still protecting your Stylist. We ask for 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice 50% of your scheduled service will be charged to your card on file.

Credit Card Policy
We require a credit card on file for any appointment you would like to book with us. Your card is encrypted in our system and is not accessible by any Pomme Salon affiliate or visible via the internet in any way shape or form. Your information is safe with us and we pay good money to our CC processor and booking software companies to ensure that we are all fully protected. The only time your card will be charged is at the end of your appointment or if you violate our cancellation policy.
The standard methods of payment we accept is Cash or Check. For a small $5 convenience fee we will run an alternative method of payment such as a credit or debit card. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
Service Satisfaction Policy
We want to be sure that every client is happy with the services they receive. We also know that it can take a couple of appointments for your Stylist to get to know your hair. No two heads of hair are the same and so occasionally someone’s hair will process differently then your skilled Stylist could have ever expected. For this exact reason we offer a free redo anytime in the first 2 weeks after your appointment. If your color or cut needs to be tweaked PLEASE CALL US! We would much rather have the opportunity to make an adjustment and have a happy client then have you walking around with something you are not proud of. We love you and your hair so don’t hesitate to reach out.
We believe that every person needs to find their perfect product, and we understand that can take some trial and error. We will exchange any retail product that you purchase through our salon for another product within 2 weeks of your purchase date. Please feel free to try any product you want because if it is not everything you hoped for we will take it back, and get you another one. We will do this until you find your perfect products.
